To create a better and faster experience when using the Ilio services, we collect some of your information that you enter and use it to confirm some services. Importantly, we only collect information that we consider necessary to use the services.

Permissions

Camera

In some other Ilio services, you can scan a special code (QRCode) on any content on other platforms with the app's camera and quickly access that content.

Photo/Media/File

Given that when using some services, such as selecting a personal profile photo, downloading content, etc., you will need to upload images or save related images, the application will need this access.

Notifications

The application will need this access to receive the latest updates and changes.

Security

Your information is stored on our secure servers and we will protect this data as assets that must be protected with maximum protection.

Log Data

When you use our application services, we need to collect some event information (Log Data) in case of an error and take action to fix the problem. This information sent includes Device ID, Device OS version, Device Model, user IP, time and date of the event, and other service-related information.

Marketing Operations

The marketing team is always analyzing some data to examine user demands in order to provide appropriate services based on user interests and needs. This information may be collected from some other tools (through third party products) and may include Google play ID, Push Notification ID, AD ID, Device Name, Phone Brand, etc.
